The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, working with metal components, and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines and other manufacturing equipment to bend, shape, and form metal components.

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.

• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and basic blueprints.

• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.

• Load and unload materials from machines.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication preferred.

• Press brake experience is a strong plus.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools.

• Familiarity with blueprints or production drawings preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Location: Springfield, NJ

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
