Material Handler – First Shift

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday overtime

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Material Handlers for a local distribution operation. This position combines order picking, packing, and quality control, with flexibility to move between duties as workload changes.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

• Check completed orders for correct items, quantities, and accuracy.

• Enter order and quality control information into the system.

• Use a pallet jack to move materials.

• Move between picking and quality control duties as needed.

Qualifications & Work Environment

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience.

• Pallet jack experience.

• Ability to read, understand, and write in English to follow instructions and complete documentation.

• Good math, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout an eight-hour shift, including heavy lifting.

• Availability for occasional Saturday overtime.
