A growing local company is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Supervisor & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse operations, customer service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Supervision & Receiving

  • Receive and inspect incoming product deliveries
  • Unbox products and check for shipping damage or defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Stage materials and products for installation crews
  • Assist with inventory organization and tracking
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding orders and product issues
  • Order replacement and repair parts as needed
  • Initiate product remakes and warranty claims
  • Track freight shipments and follow up on delivery schedules
  • Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules with field crews
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments and project timelines
  • Schedule warranty repairs and product remakes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using computers and software systems daily
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, or customer communication software preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Ideal for a crossover candidate who is comfortable in both warehouse and office environments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting and remain active throughout the day

Full Time Evaluation Hire Position

M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$20 / hour
