Warehouse Order Picker – Outbound Shift

Pay: $19.71 per hour
Schedule: Starts at 9:00 a.m. and continues until all orders are completed, typically around 5:00 p.m.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Outbound Order Picker for a restaurant distribution warehouse. This position requires previous warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Verify completed orders to catch errors before shipment.

• Secure completed orders using a wrapping machine.

• Move and load orders onto the correct truck.

• Meet a performance goal of 250 orders per hour while maintaining at least 95% accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience required.

• Electric pallet jack experience strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work until daily orders are completed.
