Our client is seeking a motivated Production Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Training will be provided by experienced team members, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their manufacturing skills.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and hand tools to manufacture and inspect parts
• Load and unload materials into machines throughout the production process
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Measure materials and finished products using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and other measuring tools
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain production standards and work toward productivity goals
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or high-volume production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Ability to handle repetitive loading and unloading of smaller parts
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to be trained
