Duties for the Production Technician (Maintenance Mechanic) are:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Repair and service mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning, and facility startup/shutdown procedures.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Operate powered hand tools and precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Perform machinery rigging and movement as needed and complete inventory transactions within the ERP system.

Requirements for the Production Technician (Maintenance Mechanic) include:

• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, ladder logic, basic electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Associate's degree from a technical school with related PLC repair experience OR a high school diploma and significant PLC repair experience.
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.
