Job Title: Machine Operator (Roll Former)
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a roll former and will be responsible for trimming and cutting sheet metal roofing to specification. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor roll former machinery to trim and cut sheet metal roofing to required specifications.
Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during the production process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating roll former machines, specifically for trimming and cutting sheet metal roofing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay: Starting at $17/hour, with potential for increase based on experience.
