Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Team Manager for a water treatment company. This position will oversee a team of in-store representatives, ensuring employees are properly trained, scheduled, and meeting performance expectations.

The ideal candidate has previous management experience, strong leadership skills, and is comfortable traveling throughout West Texas to visit retail locations and support their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead in-store representatives.

• Create weekly schedules and ensure proper staffing at assigned retail locations.

• Monitor employee performance and hold team members accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure product displays are fully stocked, organized, and properly set up.

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve team performance.

• Build positive relationships with retail store management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing hourly employees.

• Willingness and ability to travel weekly throughout West Texas, including occasional overnight stays.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to motivate employees and manage multiple retail locations.

Compensation

• Starting salary of $40,000 annually.
