In this role, you'll assemble hydraulic valves and components using hand and power tools, follow blueprints and work instructions, and help ensure every product meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic valves and components using hand tools and power tools
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production orders
• Gather and organize parts needed for production
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools and gauges to verify specifications
• Safely operate pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Requirements

• 3-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
