Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift
Pay: $18 - $32 per hour

We are currently hiring for a variety of manufacturing, production, and technical positions throughout Richmond and Ashland. Whether you have experience operating machinery, assembling products, performing maintenance, or welding, we have opportunities available to match your skills and experience.

Open Positions

Machine Operator | $18 - $20/hr

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Follow work instructions, safety standards, and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production records

Assembler | $20 - $22/hr

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Machine Maintenance Technician | $23 - $32/hr

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards

MIG Welder | $22 - $24/hr

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Support production and fabrication operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, maintenance, assembly, or welding experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
