Unit Operator – Metal Structural Manufacturing

Location: Simpsonville, SC
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5 days per week
Overtime: Saturdays as needed

A growing metal structural manufacturing company in Simpsonville is looking for dependable and motivated Unit Operators to join their production team. This position involves working with aluminum to manufacture and form structural components.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate equipment used to bend, cut, and shape aluminum
Perform punch-outs and other basic fabrication processes
Follow production specifications and measurements
Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
Safely handle aluminum materials throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety and production procedures
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
Manufacturing, production, fabrication, or warehouse experience is a plus
Ability to work with aluminum and other metal materials
Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
Ability to read and follow measurements and instructions
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and transportation
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Must be willing to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
