Duties for the Machine Operator I are:

• Operate production equipment following established work instructions and operating procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and fixtures while monitoring machine performance.
• Perform visual inspections and verification checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete production logs and documentation while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

 Requirements for the Machine Operator  position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.
