Foreman Superintendent

Located in Shawnee, OK

Salary: $60,000-$70,000/yr

Express Employment Professionals in Shawnee is hiring a Superintendent/Foreman.

Pay & Benefits:

• $60,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience

• Year-end bonus based on production and company profits

• Monthly per diem

• 70% of health insurance paid by the company

• One week of paid vacation during Christmas and New Year's

• Company truck provided for work-related use

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage job sites, equipment, and crews of 4–15 employees

• Hire and supervise field crew members

• Oversee daily production and job site operations

• Maintain daily crew time reports, work details, and monthly IVMR reports

• Track materials received, transferred, and sold

• Work professionally with job site inspectors

• Maintain, inspect, move, and operate equipment as needed

• Communicate daily with the corporate office in Shawnee, OK, by phone and email

Requirements:

• Construction experience required

• Equipment operator experience required

• Previous crew management and leadership skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid driver's license required

• CDL preferred, but not required

• Must be willing to travel or stay at job sites during the workweek

• Must be dependable, positive, and able to lead a team

Schedule & Travel:

• Monday–Friday, typically 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM

• One-hour lunch break or less, depending on the workday

• Travel required, with projects primarily located in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma
