We're hiring a 2nd Shift Oven Operator for a hands-on manufacturing position in Middlebury. This position involves operating industrial oven equipment, working with molds, and producing plastic components in a high-heat environment.

Location: Middlebury, IN
Schedule: 2nd Shift

What You'll Be Doing

• Load and unload plastic molds during production.

• Measure and pour plastic resin into molds.

• Secure molds and operate rotating oven equipment.

• Remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles.

• Inspect parts for quality and maintain a safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working in a high-heat environment.

• Ability to perform hands-on, physical production work.

• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

• Willingness to learn equipment and production procedures.
