Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate for a client in Arlington. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently from receiving through shipment.

The schedule is 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday with some weekend work. This is a long-term opportunity may vary slightly depending on business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process incoming inventory and verify shipments against packing documentation
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization
• Count and pull products to match orders 
• Prepare shipments, package materials, and label packages
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries (lifting 50lbs regularly throughout the shift)
• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate counts
• Identify damaged or incorrect materials and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout shift and move materials
• Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required
• Reliability
