Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Uncapped Commission

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help grow our presence throughout the Chandler and Greater Phoenix markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping local businesses solve their hiring challenges. What You'll Do
Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities throughout the market
Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and key decision-makers
Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments
Generate new client partnerships through referrals, networking, cold calling, and community involvement
Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver customized workforce solutions
Grow and maintain a strong book of business while providing exceptional customer service
Consistently achieve activity, appointment, and revenue goals
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE
Uncapped Commission Structure
Mileage Reimbursement
Ongoing Sales Training and Professional Development
Most representatives earn $60,000-$80,000+ in their first year while building their client base
Established representatives typically earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually in years 2-3

Sales, business development, recruiting, account management, or customer service experience preferred
