B2B Outside Sales Representative
Phoenix Metro Area | Uncapped Commissions + $500/Week Ramp-Up Stipend

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and controlling your own income? We're seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to help expand business internet and communications services throughout the Phoenix metro area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing business while enjoying the freedom of managing their own territory.

What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person visits
Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Negotiate and close new business accounts
Develop long-term customer relationships that drive recurring revenue
What We're Looking For:
Previous B2B sales, outside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Experience in telecommunications, internet services, technology, SaaS, or related industries is a plus
Compensation:
$500/week ramp-up stipend to help you build your territory
Uncapped commission structure
