Wine Packer - Napa County

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packers to join a fast-paced winery production team in Napa County. This position involves packing wine products, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 10-hour shifts
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Responsibilities:

• Pack wine products accurately and efficiently
• Label, box, and prepare products for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and report any concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience is a plus
• Must wear steel-toe boots/shoes
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
