Distribution Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM until finish (30 - 40+ hours a week)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling and picking orders using an RF scanner, moving products through the distribution process, and assisting with shipping operations. Candidates with warehouse equipment experience are encouraged to apply, though experience is not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull and pick customer orders using an RF scanner.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare orders for shipment.
• Move products through the warehouse using conveyor systems.
• Load outbound trucks by hand as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
