What You’ll Do

Recruit & Develop Healthcare Talent

• Recruit, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for current and anticipated openings
• Assess experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall job fit
• Build active candidate pipelines and maintain timely candidate follow-up

Credentialing & Candidate Readiness

• Guide healthcare professionals through onboarding and credentialing
• Collect, maintain, and track required clinical and employment documentation
• Ensure records are accurate and candidates meet requirements before becoming start-ready

What Success Looks Like

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
• Move candidates efficiently from recruiting through credential completion
• Develop compliant, start-ready healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years healthcare staffing, credentialing, recruiting, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfortable conducting consistent candidate outreach while managing time-sensitive documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion when handling confidential information
