What You’ll Do

Recruit & Develop Talent

• Build professional candidate pipelines and source, interview, and qualify active and passive candidates
• Assess experience, accomplishments, career goals, compensation expectations, and availability
• Develop strong relationships with qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process

Present & Place

• Match qualified candidates with client opportunities and prepare compelling candidate presentations
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage post-interview follow-up
• Guide candidates through offers, compensation discussions, counteroffers, and successful starts

Candidate Marketing & Client Development

• Proactively market top candidates to prospective employers throughout Oahu and Hawaii
• Generate client conversations, business leads, and potential job opportunities through candidate and market intelligence
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers while identifying current and future hiring needs

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently develop and present qualified, marketable professional candidates
• Generate client interviews, offers, Direct Hire placements, and gross margin
• Build lasting candidate and client relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and future opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years recruiting, staffing, professional services, business development, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging both active and passive professionals
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication abilities
• Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results, placements, and revenue
