Holiday Decor Installation Associate 

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to assist with holiday décor setup at an outdoor shopping center in the East Bay. Associates will meet the client in Fairfield and travel together to the work location.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position focused on helping create a festive and professional holiday display. Responsibilities include assisting with the installation of a holiday tree, placing and securing lights, hanging ornaments as needed, and ensuring all decorations are displayed safely and attractively. Associates may also assist with traffic control by directing vehicles and pedestrians around work areas to help maintain a safe environment during the installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with holiday tree installation and setup
• Hang and arrange holiday lights and decorations
• Place ornaments and other seasonal décor as directed
• Perform traffic control duties as needed to support a safe work environment
• Direct pedestrians and vehicles around active work zones
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures while working outdoors
• Ensure displays are neat, professional, and visually appealing
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
