Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a stable first-shift opportunity? A growing food manufacturing facility in Springfield is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Repair and maintain production machinery, conveyors, and automated equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain boilers, plumbing, and facility systems
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Basic computer skills
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong electrical background highly desired
