Apparel Folding Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Apparel Folding Associates to join a busy, family-owned business specializing in custom DTF transfers, apparel, and crafting supplies. This one-stop shop provides a wide variety of products for arts, crafts, and creative projects.

Associates will help keep the apparel area organized, fold shirts and other clothing items, and maintain neat, presentable shelves throughout the store. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping merchandise organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Fold shirts and other apparel neatly and consistently.

• Organize and straighten merchandise on store shelves.

• Reorganize apparel when shelves become messy or disorganized.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable work area.

• Assist with general merchandise organization as needed.

• Work efficiently in a busy retail and warehouse-style environment.

• Follow instructions and work cooperatively with the team.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to perform repetitive folding and organizing tasks.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome; English proficiency is not required.

Schedule

• Store is open 7 days a week.

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

• The store operates approximately 10 hours per day, allowing some flexibility with start and end times.

• Specific schedule to be discussed during the interview.
