This growing manufacturing company produces custom components for the automotive industry using specialized materials and production equipment. With continued business growth and facility expansion, they are looking to add Press Machine Operators who are eager to learn and grow with the organization. 

Pay Rate: $18-18.25 / hour

Shift Openings: 1st and 2nd (Full time)

The Press Machine Operator will be responsible for: 

• Operate production equipment and machinery to meet daily production goals.

• Remove finished products from machinery and perform visual quality inspections.

• Trim, package, stack, and prepare products according to specifications.

• Monitor production processes and report quality concerns to supervision.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.

• Follow written and verbal work instructions and production procedures.

• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working around production equipment and in a warm manufacturing environment.

• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback.

• Basic communication and math skills

• Reliable transportation required.
