Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and workforce development. What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll support, and training.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, disability, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
• Manage workers' compensation, FMLA, disability programs, and other employee leave processes.
• Coordinate leadership and employee training programs that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead performance review processes to promote consistency, accountability, and employee development.
• Develop and implement programs aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop administrative and payroll support team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:  $90,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, workers' compensation, FMLA, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising and developing HR or administrative team members.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
