Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a: 

 

Warehouse Worker 

 

Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

 

This position involves a combination of warehouse organization, inventory, forklift operation, photographing and documenting items, and assisting customers with loading and unloading purchased merchandise.

 

Please note: Our warehouse is not air-conditioned. Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including during the warmer Texas months.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus
• Forklift experience; current certification is preferred
• Previous warehouse and inventory experience
• Experience loading and unloading customer items
• Ability to verify item quantities, product information, and condition
• Basic typing, computer, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of warehouse and workplace safety practices
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Photography experience is helpful
• Auction or auction warehouse experience is a significant plus
• Clean background and driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment
