Part-Time Cleaning Technician
Location: Lexington, Georgetown, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, KY, and surrounding areas
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience and interview)
Schedule: Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Cleaning Technicians for a long-term opportunity with a growing company serving multiple locations throughout Central Kentucky. This position is ideal for candidates who have an extremely flexible schedule and are comfortable working a variety of shifts and locations from week to week.
The schedule is highly variable and may include second shifts, weekends, and different workdays each week. Employees must be willing and available to adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general janitorial and commercial cleaning duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all job sites
- Travel to various customer locations as assigned
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with a highly flexible schedule
- Must be available for various second-shift assignments, weekends, and changing workdays
- Reliable transportation required
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Lexington, Georgetown, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, and other surrounding areas as needed
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks
