What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Use hand and power tools to maintain and repair equipment
- Reference equipment manuals to diagnose and resolve issues
- Support general building and facility maintenance
- Assist with fabrication and special projects as needed
- Collaborate with management and team members to maintain efficient operations
- Complete other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude; automotive knowledge preferred
- Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and situational flexibility
