Machine Attendant – Night Shift (Entry Level)

Looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded person who wants to learn a skilled trade? Join a long-established manufacturer on the upswing and get paid to learn gear machining, with full training provided.

What You’ll Love

• $18/hr
• Four 10-hour nights, Monday–Thursday (7:30 PM–6:00 AM), with Fridays through Sundays off
• Paid training in valuable machining skills

What You’ll Do

• Run several gear hobbing and gear grinding machines at once
• Produce gears on long machine cycles, with time to monitor and check your work
• Learn to use micrometers and other measuring tools
• Keep an eye on quality and keep production moving

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical know-how from auto work, factory machines, farm equipment, or similar
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Patience and flexibility, since some of the equipment is older
• A commitment to learning and sticking with a company that is investing in you
• Machining experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
