We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced distribution environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing a small warehouse team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of warehouse associates to ensure daily productivity and performance goals are met.
• Coordinate and oversee receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet customer and operational demands.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and maintain inventory integrity.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, receiving, order picking, and shipping processes.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting.
• Previous experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
