Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator - Napa County

Join a fast-paced warehouse team during the busy peak season! We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Order Pickers for weekday and weekend schedules. This position offers 4-day, 10-hour shifts, with overtime opportunities available based on business needs.

Job Duties:

• Operate a Cherry Picker and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Scan products and verify item quantities using warehouse management systems.
• Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a Cherry Picker and other material handling equipment.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
