Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00/hour

 

Qualified candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with technical equipment and documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Technician to support daily operational activities in a fast-paced technical environment. This position involves inspecting, testing, documenting, and processing products and equipment while following established procedures and quality standards.

 

The ideal candidate is hands-on, learns quickly, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working independently as well as collaboratively. Training will be provided for specific processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, and processing activities according to established procedures.
• Handle products and equipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and paperwork for daily operations.
• Follow quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving routine issues.
• Maintain organized work areas and support housekeeping efforts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or technical environment preferred.
• Experience working with equipment, quality processes, documentation, or inspection activities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
