Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Laser and Turret equipment to produce high-quality metal components

• Retrieve machine programs and install appropriate tooling according to job specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions

• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tooling changes to meet production requirements

• Inspect finished parts using visual and dimensional measurements to ensure accuracy and quality

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, material defects, and production inconsistencies

• Utilize ERP software to review production schedules and track job progress

• Coordinate with production leadership to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience setting up and operating Laser/Turret equipment preferred

• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience using precision measuring tools and performing quality inspections

• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
