We're currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Retail Associate to join a busy team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with retail and warehouse-related duties, including palletizing products and handling materials throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and palletize products weighing up to 45 lbs throughout the workday
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Previous retail, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be able to follow workplace safety procedures

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Regular lifting and moving of products weighing up to 45 lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling, stacking, and palletizing materials
  • Fast-paced work environment requiring consistent physical activity
  • This position requires successful completion of a background screening after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with Washington State law
