We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Order Builder / Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer orders, assisting customers with product selection and loading, and maintaining an organized work area. This is a hands-on position that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills.

Forklift certification is not required. We will provide forklift training and certification for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and order pickup
• Load and unload materials safely
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean work environment
• Verify orders for accuracy before customer delivery or pickup
• Operate equipment safely following company policies
• Receive forklift training and become forklift certified through the company
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Perform general warehouse and yard duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order pulling, construction material, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
