We are looking for an experienced, confident, and personable Leasing Agent to join a professional property management team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous conventional property leasing experience

• Experience with full market-rent properties

• Strong sales and customer service background

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with prospective residents

• Confident communicator who can set the tone while remaining professional

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Comfortable building relationships and turning prospects into residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries

• Conduct property and apartment tours

• Follow up with leads and prospective residents

• Explain leasing options, pricing, and property information

• Assist with applications and leasing paperwork

• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents

• Support daily leasing office operations

Entrada, Yardi systems knowledge a PLUS.
