Warehouse Operator 2nd shift 2
Located in Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $20/HR + Shift Diff
Job Summary:
· Receive, verify, store, pick, pack, and ship products.
· Maintain accurate inventory using FIFO and lot tracking.
· Prepare shipping labels, documentation, invoices, and ASNs.
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company box trucks as needed.
· Coordinate shipments and carrier pickups.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:30P-2:00A
Pay: $20/HR + Shift Diff
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· At least 2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
· Forklift experience required.
· Valid Indiana driver’s license with For-Hire Endorsement, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
· Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
· WMS, FIFO, inventory control, and box truck experience preferred.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently as part of a team.
