Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour DOE
Experience: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience required

Job Reference: #3069 Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest checkout rooms within a 30-minute KPI while maintaining resort cleanliness standards

• Conduct room inspections and quality checks within a 15-minute KPI

• Verify room cleanliness, presentation, amenities, and maintenance concerns before guest arrival

• Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor walkways and common areas throughout the property

• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management

• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional appearance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience required

• Hotel, resort, or hospitality housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Friendly and professional guest-service attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions and warm temperatures when required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Work indoors and outdoors throughout the property

• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
