We are seeking a reliable General Labor Associate to assist with a retail store setup project in Napa. This is a fast-paced environment requiring team members who are comfortable performing physical work, assembling store fixtures, and helping prepare the store for operation.

Job Duties

• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and materials.
• Install and assemble metal shelving and store fixtures.
• Arrange store layouts according to project plans.
• Move and organize merchandise and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform general cleanup throughout and at the completion of the project.
• Follow all site safety procedures and directions from supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Previous experience with store setups, merchandising, construction labor, or general labor is a plus but not required.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe or other work boots required (no tennis shoes).
• Jeans and T-shirt are acceptable work attire.
• Must comply with all site safety requirements.

Schedule

• Start Time: 7:30 AM daily
