We are seeking a dependable Equipment Operator & Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a fast-paced ready-mix facility. If you have hands-on experience operating skid steers, running commercial lawn equipment, and keeping production sites clean and safe, this full-time role offers steady daytime hours and daily overtime opportunities.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate skid steers for site cleanup, material handling, and general ground maintenance across the facility.
Grounds & Perimeter Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care using commercial mowers, weed trimmers, and standard hand tools.
Site Safety & Organization: Keep driveways, walkways, loading areas, and operational zones clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Demonstrated experience safely operating skid steers or heavy machinery.
Experience operating commercial mowers and outdoor groundskeeping equipment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and active site organization.
Physical capability to work outdoors in active industrial settings.
Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality for 6:15 AM starts.
