Salary: $20/hr

We are seeking experienced security guards to oversee our clients facility in Holliston, MA immediately.

Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor entry/exit, verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges.
• Continuously watch CCTV security feeds covering processing floors, loading docks, and data-destruction holding areas.
• Log incoming and outgoing shipments of high-value or data-sensitive electronics (servers, hard drives, corporate devices) to prevent theft or data breaches.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the warehouse, yard, and perimeter to check for safety hazards, broken locks, or unauthorized access.
• Report and respond to suspicious behavior, trespassing, or safety violations, documenting all events in a daily shift log.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of physical security or warehouse loss-prevention experience.
• Valid state guard license; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines preferred
• Ability to operate digital surveillance systems, electronic gate logs, and metal detectors.
• Capability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and respond quickly to facility emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
