The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production machinery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance records.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Pay $19 - 20/hr

Hours - 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday
