Maintenance Technician
$30.00/Hour | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation. This role is responsible for maintaining conveyor systems, repairing equipment, performing facility upkeep, and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and related equipment
• Work with scanners, scales, photo eyes, sensors, and other conveyor electrical components
• Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment
• Repair and maintain box erector machines and material handling equipment
• Complete general facility repairs, lighting upgrades, and warehouse maintenance projects
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and related fixtures
• Assist with painting and general building upkeep as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, preferably in a pick/pack or distribution environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with conveyor controls, sensors, scanners, and related systems
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs independently
• Willingness to learn painting, plumbing, and additional maintenance skills as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Overtime available several times per month, typically Monday and Tuesday evenings until 9:00 PM
