Salary: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm 

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

  • Assemble electrical cabinets, data center components, and related products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Perform fit and function testing to verify proper assembly and product performance.
  • Use hand tools and torque tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow assembly procedures, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, missing parts, or assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using basic hand tools required.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on torque tools and assembly processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools throughout the workday.
