What You'll Be Doing
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Load and unload materials and tooling as needed
• Make machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production efficiency
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Monitor machine operation and production processes throughout runs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
• CNC Lathe experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
