Mechanical Assembler / Warehouse Associate

Location: Winona, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | First Shift

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Mechanical Assembler / Warehouse Associate for a well-established, family-owned company in Winona. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, staying active, and learning how products are built and tested, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Test winches and lifting equipment and document pass/fail results
• Assemble cranes, winches, and trolleys using hand tools
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly processes
• Package, sort, and organize products for shipment
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Follow quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
• Experience using hand tools
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive independently
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
• Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to reach and place parts onto testing equipment safely
