Salary: 60k-65k

Responsible for overseeing purchasing, procurement, and material distribution, including:

• Manage procurement activities, purchasing systems, and procedures
• Supervise storeroom and supply personnel
• Source, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery, and service with suppliers
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, bids, and vendor agreements
• Monitor materials from purchase through delivery and ensure availability
• Manage procurement reporting and assign purchasing requests
• Develop and improve office, purchasing, and workflow procedures
• Coordinate disposal of surplus materials
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Plex manufacturing software
• Requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Manufacturing environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
