Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical AutoCAD Designer | Drafter with strong 3D mechanical design capabilities to support engineering and drafting projects. This position is expected to last 2-3 months initially and may transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed 3D AutoCAD drawings and mechanical designs.
• Design and draft systems involving tanks, pumps, piping systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develop and update schematics, layouts, fabrication drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Utilize Autodesk software and AutoCAD to produce accurate and efficient designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and project success.
• Review drawings for quality, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AutoCAD experience, including extensive 3D mechanical design.
• Experience designing industrial equipment, piping systems, tanks, pumps, or related mechanical components.
• Proficiency with Autodesk software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering requirements.
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Important Notes

• This is an office-based CAD design position.
• No warehouse, production, installation, or general labor duties are required.
• The role is focused exclusively on engineering support, drafting, and CAD design work.
• Initial assignment is 2-3 months, with potential for temp-to-permanent conversion.
