Summary
We're looking for energetic, fan-facing associates to help create an unforgettable Super Bowl Experience. In this role, you'll engage with fans, assist with games and exhibits, manage lines, and support guest registration while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced event environment. Join one of the biggest events in sports and be part of the excitement at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the event
- Manage activity stations, games, and interactive exhibits
- Monitor lines, queues, entrances, and event spaces
- Support booth operations and fan engagement activities
- Assist guests with registrations and event technology
- Operate QR code scanners, tablets, and photo stations
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional and positive presence when interacting with fans and VIP guests
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, up to 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable using basic technology such as tablets, mobile apps, and QR scanners
